By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
Services
We provide tuition classes for students in standards Nursery to 8th, following the agreed schedule and fees. Our services include regular classes, assessments, progress tracking, and parent consultations as outlined in your enrollment agreement.
Payment
Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly fees are due by the 5th of each month. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.
Attendance & Cancellation
Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes. Advance notice of 24 hours is required for class cancellations. Make-up classes may be arranged subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
Limitations
We are not responsible for any indirect losses resulting from missed classes or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
